Abstract

31 strain that producing chitinase were isolated from soil or water samples of Shandong province by delution plate method,and the strain of A9 and A11 that can produce the higher chitinase activity were screened out.Throw diameter of hydrolyticove of chitinand shake flask test the research discovered:①A9 and A11 were identified respectively as streptomyces sp.and Bacillus circulans by the morphological characteristics of their cells and clones.②Through A9 and A11 culture filtrate with chitinase against suspended spore culture of plant pathogenic fungi,the relative inhibiting rates of spore germination were 26.1% ~78.6%and 17.2% ~73.7%;spore and mycelium became deformity and and produced vesicle,showed that the antagonism A9 and A11 aganinst plant patho genifungi had wide adaptability.
