The Study on Teaching of Poynting Vector

Poynting vector,which is the important content in the teaching of Electromagnetism course,is often used for the study of the flow of electromagnetic energy.This paper presents discussion,aiming at the mistakes such as the calculous forms of Poynting vector,the complex Poynting theorem and the three forms of Poynting vector.All these works play an active role for the understanding of Poynting vector.
