Abstract
The change and mechanism of ABA in regulating seed development,dormancy and germination were reviewed.During the seed development,dormancy and germination process,ABA content changed,which was affected by various factors,such as some correlated genes,light,temperature and gibberellic acid(GA),sugar and nitrogenous compounds and so on.The physiological role of ABA in seed development,dormancy and germination was discussed from the molecular level,which was of great significance to the study on seed growth and development.
