Abstract

Traditional air compressors mostly supply air by means of loading and unloading.This control method not only causes atmospheric pressure to be unstable but also makes the load state of the air compressor frequently vary,thus causing the economic losses.This paper introduces the method which,based on fuzzy parameter self-adjusted PID controller,utilizing a single-chip processor as the core of the control system to make up the closed-loop Variable Frequency Speed Regulation(VFSR) System,transforms the traditional air compressors.
