Deep vein catheterization Method and Nursing for Tumor Patients

Objective:to explore the application value of deep vein catheterization for tumor patients undergoing long-term chemotherapy and parenteral nutrition.Method:catheterization method,nursing measures,catheterization time and complications of 176 patients undergoing deep vein catheterization were analyzed retrospectively.Result:catheterization time is 10～362d,99.6d on average,176 patients were discharged from hospital with catheterization.No case slipped out.It can ensure the smooth implementation of chemotherapy and can be used for long-time parenteral nutrition.Conclusion:If nursing appropriately,all the patients can be discharged from hospital with deep vein catheterization,which provide favorable treatment pathway for repeated chemotherapy and long-term parenteral nutrition.
