On Paper Archives Management and E - archives Management in Network

Abstract

With the appearance of e - archives, the management of e - archives is more important than that of paper - archives. This paper compares the advantage of e - archives in information transmission with the advantage of paper - archives in legal validity and recording originality. It concludes that the combination of the two can make the management of archives successful.
