Abstract
Objective:To analyse the relationship between the Bone marrow cellmorphology and cytochemistricstain to clinical features of children. Methods:Examination of Bone marrow cell morphology of 272cases which collected in 2000~2004.Results:The following diagnoses were as in acute leukemia(83.3%),ITP(73%).From the analysis of the relation between age and disease,we can find the infants'main disease is hemolytic anemia, the one of the children in school age and before school age is acute leukemia and ITP etal. Conclusion:It concludes that the cell morphology is crucial and useful for the diagnosis ofblood disorders in children.
