Abstract
Through an analysis of some economic cases in China,this paper expounds some successes of economic growth which reveal a close relation between the government transformation,political administration and economic growth.The Chinese Government has quickened the renewal of human capital in terms of its Party leaders and officials to achieve the government transformation,especially the local government transformation.Under the same political system,the Chinese Government has adopted a flexible model of political administration and improved its market and legal system.All this has led to its economic growth.The paper concludes that the political administration in China will shift its future focus on the correct policy-making for solving the interest conflicts.
