Abstract

In order to suit the customers' needs of high strength and formability foil used for SCR a new aluminum alloy named 8921 has been produced.The 8921 aluminum alloy foil was produced from continuous cast stock and then cold rolled.The foil possesses high strength and high formability as the customers required.The background,technology process and the main properties of the alloy have been introduced.
