Bringing Enterprises out of Wrong Internationalization

Internationalization of China's enterprises has become an irreversible trend.In the circles of academy and enterprise,however,there are many misunderstandings on the connotations of the process and enterprises' steps of gearing into international conventions.With the entry of last transitional period after China's entrance into WTO,those internationalizing enterprises have found themselves in the profound changes of economic situations.And a large group of Chinese companies speeded up their step,rapidly joining in global competition.In practice of the process,however,they confronted problems,such as continuous trade conflicts,weak world-famous brands,small scope foreign investments,and less-smooth mergence of foreign companies.Our enterprises should take the view of globalization against misunderstanding of enterprise internationalization,seek for a good place for themselves in global industrial chain,foster their distinctive core competitive power,follow international rules,and find a way suitable for them.
