Predicament and Countermeasures of Supply and Demand of China's Higher Education

With the development of market economy,the problems of education supply and demand have become the bottleneck of the development of contemporary higher education.It is mainly manifested in short supply of the total amount of educational products and imbalance between structural supply and demand and so on.The cause of the predicament is that the social and economic development level restricts the amount and structure of supply and demand of higher education products and the conflict between multiple stakeholders of higher education in order to pursue their own maximal interests.Therefore,as the main body of the supply of educational opportunities and educational products,the higher education should make a good subject plan in order to achieve the combination of discipline and market demands according to the market forecast and should reform the teaching to enhance graduates' professional quality in order to achieve the combination of education products quality and social needs and should change the functions and strengthen employment guidance in order to achieve the combination of employment expectation and social position demands.
