Relations between Lu Xun's Individual Spirit and Chinese Traditional Culture

Abstract

In a sense,Lu Xun's individual spirit surmounts the opposition between East and West.He inherits tradition but transcends it.He receives the Confucian and Dao spirit perfectly and practices Buddhism wisdom.Lu Xun is also a very westernized person.He respects the own characteristics of various cultures and accepts and hand down them as intact life forms;therefore,Lu Xun's individual spirit is unique and pluralistic.
