Abstract

Objective To explore the color doppler ultrasound detecte portal vein, hepatic artery and spleen venous blood flow dynamic change of chronic liver disease patients with liver cirrhosis and diagnosis of clinical significance. Methods To 45 patients of chronic liver disease and liver cirrhosis of color doppler hemodynamic parameters of measurement results and liver biopsy tissue pathology, with the results of the analysis and contrast studies. Results With the non-liver disease, liver cirrhosis group compared group of portal vein diameter, spleen vein pipe diameter widened obviously(P0.01),blood flow velocity also slow significantly(P0.01),the blood flow significantly increased(P0.01);Cirrhosis of the QSV/QPV group significantly greater than the non-liver disease groups. Conclusion Chronic liver disease patients with liver cirrhosis and liver fibrosis with the above indexes have correlation degree. Can for clinical treatment and follow-up help. Its non-invasive,low cost, easy to repeat etc,and become the liver imaging diagnosis and a preferred inspection methods routine.
