From Multi-sources to Pluralism——On Chinese Writers Who Have Ever Been in Russia

The article holds that the Chinese writers who have ever been in Russia, as a literary group, do not have clear group characteristics of its own like other groups. But their characteristic studying experiences abroad make them shine brightly in the modern Chinese literature and become an important force guiding the literary direction. They have directly and faithfully translated and introduced Marxist theories of literature and art and played an important part in spreading them in China. And furthermore, these Chinese writers have made indelible contributions for the appearance and development of Chinese proletarian revolutionary literary movement. In actively advocating and launching the movement, they have made brave explorations in revolutionary literature production, which promotes the development of the revolutionary literature and also provides a classical narrative and artistic pattern for its creation.
