Abstract

The shape of the pump available NPSH curve can affect the judgment of the pump performance directly,so need to improve the accuracy of curve fitting as much as possible.Using curve fitting function of matlab,adopting the polynomial and nonlinear fitting for pump available NPSH curve,the principle and process of curve fitting was introduced.The polynomial fitting and non-linear fitting are satisfactory and get the corresponding NPSH3 by comparison and analysis.
