Abstract
Torreya grandis was extracted by supercritical fluid extraction and the extracted volatile components were analyzed by gas chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry(GC-MS).Fatty oil was extracted from T.grandis by supercritical CO2,total oil content was 16.21%.10 compounds were found in the extract and the major compounds were 9,12-octadecadienoic acid and 38.228 5%,9-octadecenoic acid 35.521 9%,hexadecanoic acid 7.451 7%,and 5,11,14-eicosadienoic acid 7.405 2%.
