Analysis on the Ecological Regeneration Modes and Their Effects in the Rural Regions on the Loess Plateau --A Case Study in Majiageta Village, Yanchuan County

The ecological environment in the Loess Plateau is extremely vulnerable, so the conservation and regeneration of the ecological environment in the plateau are very important for achieving the regional sustainable development. Many ecological environment modes, such as closing hillsides to conserve the ecological environment, construction of the typical small watersheds and water and soil conservation, have been implemented in the Loess Plateau. However, the more important matter is to pay great attention to the regeneration of the ecological environment in the rural regions. In this paper, the current ecological environment regeneration mode in Majiageta Village, Yanchuan County in north Shaanxi Province is evaluated based on the field investigation, the economic returns brought about by the ecological environment regeneration are analyzed by using the comparing analysis, correlative analysis and trend analysis, especially the change of land use structure is analyzed by using the feature index of land use structure, model of the dynamic change of land use and reclamation index. By implementing the project of the ecological environment regeneration, the land quality and the rural ecological environment have been improved, and the good economic returns have been brought about.
