Effects of tanreqing injection on pneumonia with stroke

Abstract

Objective To observe the influence of Tanreqing injection on pneumonia with stroke.Methods 60 patients with stroke were randomly divided to study group and control group.The Tanreqing injection was used in the study group and bromhexine hydrochloride in the control group,and at the same time piperacillin in each group.The treatment lasted 7 days.The blood and chest x-ray were detected to evaluate curative effect before and after the treatment.Results Availability rate was 96.7% in the study group and 73.3% in the control group.Conclusion Tanreqing injection has significantly good effect on the patient with stroke.It has no obviously poisonous and side effect.
