Abstract
The development of education in the countryside is closely related to building a well-off society in an all-round way. So the country should conduct a kind of overall planning for education both in the countryside and in the cities, and also develop the countryside education in a regional sense. Therefore, it is quite necessary to strengthen the government behavior, increase the investment in education, improve the legal assurance system, offer free compulsory education in the countryside, re-orient the purpose and goal of countryside education, re-adjust the educational structure, reform the teaching contents, improve the qualification of the teachers, develop distant education and enhance adult education in the countryside so that young and post-adolescent people in the countryside can take the initiative in the social process of labor transfer, then make more contributions to the urbanization of the countryside and the construction of a well-off society.
