Abstract
The soil of experimental field 0-20 cm was collected and analyzed in Nenjiang County,the effect of inorganic fertilizer combined with organic manure on soil enzyme activity and crop yield was studied.The results showed that inorganic fertilizer combined with organic manure was helpful to improve soil enzyme activity,different proportions of inorganic fertilizer combined with organic manure all could increase soil catalase,urease,and invertase activities.The inorganic fertilizer combined with organic manure ratio 1:1 was the best treatment.The inorganic fertilizer combined with organic manure could effectively enhance the crop yield,and N3M3 treatment had the highest crop yield.
