Abstract
Objective To study CT differential diagnosis of the cystic lesions of the pancreas.Materials and Methods CT features, clinical manifestations and pathological results in 17 patients with pathologically proved pancreatic cystic lesions were retrospectively analyzed.Results The pancreatic cystic lesions in this study included cystadenoma or cystadenocarcinoma (n=6), non functional islet cell tumor (n=4), cystic degeneration of pancreatic carcinoma (n=3), pancreatic carcinoma accompanied with cyst (n=2) and pancreatic pseudocyst (n=2). Conclusion In differentiating pancreatic cystic lesions with CT scan, overall observation and analysis of the imaging signs, including the configuration of the cystic wall and septation, etc. are necessary, besides, clinical data should also be taken into account.
