Abstract

Installing new step motor driver and its relational control interface as well as sofeware system on original Goniometer of APD-10 diffractometer,the real-time control data collection and data processing were performed successfully.Improving horizontal goniometer of APD-10 X-ray diffractometer,the goniometer can be used for on-line testing and analysis,extending the equipmental function as well as enhancing the analytical efficientcy.In addition,the improvement and concentric measurement of texture goniometer can be used for real-time data collection of pole figure.
