Abstract
The hot deformation of as-cast austenitic Stainless Steel 1Mn18Cr18 N under the strain rate of 0.005~0.1S-1 and the temperature of 950~1200oC by Gleeble 3500 was carried out. Hot deformation behavior and dynamic recrystallization were investigated. The hot deformation activation energy 420kJ/mol was calculated and hot deformation equation e=1.9*1017[sinh(0.007σ)]4.08exp[-42099/(RT)] was obtained. The dynamic recrystallization of as-cast austenitic Stainless Steel 1Mn18Cr18 N will take place under higher temperature and lower strain rate.
