Abstract

This paper studies the growth of Dirichlet series of zero order,and obtains the relations between the order on the type-function and the coefficients of Dirichlet series,and further proves that the growth of random Dirichlet series of zero order in every horizontal straight lines is almost surely equal to its corresponding Dirichlet series.
