Abstract
The designed and implementation of the self-developed ship performance forecast system is expounded and the technology and framework during the development is introduced including struts, spring,Hibernate.According to a J2EE quick developing frame-work,show that the integration with the existing framework of Struts,Spring and Hibernate can simplify the development process and make the implementation structure clear, resulting in an excellent expansibility, maintainability and reusability of the system.
