Abstract
The 330 different-source wheat varieties(lines)were evaluated in terms of scab resistance during 2005-2006,those similar to the wheat variety 'Mianyang 26'susceptible to scab were eliminated, and thus 46 wheat varieties(lines) were selected. The 46 varieties(lines) were re-evaluated during 2006-2007,and their cluster analysis was made according to their disease indexes. The result showed that the 46 varieties(lines)and 3 control varieties could be divided into 6 groups containing respectively 2,5,10,14,15 and 3 varieties(lines),in which Groups 1,2 and 3 had relatively good resistance to scab.
