Abstract
Objective: To acurately localize hepatic fissure and hepatic segments, providing anatomical basis for diagnosis and treatment of hepatic diseases. Methods: The hepatic portal vein and hepatic vein were primed with tetrachloroethene. They were observed carefully after the livers were fixed and hepatic tissue was removed. Results: Three hepatic fissure sites were localized with the help of 3 hepatic veins, the intersegmental fissure was localized with the help of left branch and right branch of hepatic portal vein. The liver was divided into 5 lobes and 8 segments by the hepatic fissues and the intersegmental fissures. Conclusion: The hepatic fissure and the intersegmental fissure can be used to confirm the hepatic lobes and hepatic segments, so it is very important for the diagnosis and treatment of hepatic diseases.
