Abstract
Reasonable well pattern and well spacing is the key parameter of reservoir development, related to the important index of reservoir development effect and recovery rate. In this paper, through the relationship between recovery rate and well density, calculating the well spacing density of reservoir, and calculating the reasonable well spacing range through the development index of economic limit. On this basis, through the CMG numerical simulation software, simulation of the heavy oil reservoirs in six well patterns and four well spacing under the development mode, and to predict the water content and the recovery rate index, the optimum process of a set of scheme, provides a theoretical basis for the scientific and efficient development of reservoir.
