Abstract

：The four Inactivated Newcastle disease virus (NDV) oil emulsion adjuvant vaccines were prepared respectively using two NDV isolates CY and DY from chickens in Shandong province,La Sota strain and F48E8 strain ,and were inoculated into siS week old specific pathogen free chickens．Then each lethal challenge by the two NDV isolates and F48E8 strain was determined．The results showed complete cross immune protection in between CY and DY isolate, between two isolates and F48E8 strain ,between La Sota strain and two isolates．
