As people's ecological consciousness strengthen and habitat for environmental concerns,residential garden plant landscape design has become an important content of residential district environmental design,which is also one of the main elements of landscape design of low carbon.This article from the residential area of garden plant landscape evaluation index system connotation sets out,put forward the index system construction way,through the analytic hierarchy process,the expert consulting method to determine the weight of each evaluation index,using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,plant landscape of city residential area were evaluated in this study,which provides a theoretical basis of residential low carbon landscape evaluation.
