Abstract

Objective:To explore the clinical complications of early induced abortion by mini-invasive methods. Methods:One hundred early pregnant women who underwent normal vacuum aspiration curettage voluntarily from June 2011 to December 2011 were selected as group A,while one hundred early pregnant women who demanded painless and visible vacuum aspiration curettage during the same period were selected as group B,and another one hundred early pregnant women who demanded painless,visible vacuum aspiration curettage using microtubules were divided into group C.Patients' general condition,methods chosen,perioperative complications were analyzed. Results:The incidence of intraoperative hemorrhage of patients in Group C was the highest,and operation time of patients in group C was the longest(P0.01).The incidence of incomplete abortion of patients in group A was the highest(P0.01).The total incidence of complications of patients in group A was the highest(P0.01). Conclusion:Painless and visible technique for vacuum aspiration curettage can reduce the complication rate.The complications do not decrease with microtubules added.
