Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical characters, pathogenic changes and vesting of treatment of lobar pneumonia of children. Methods:The clinical dates of 570 lobar pneumonia patients who were diagnosed and treated in First Hospital of Jilin University from January 2005 to June 2009 were analyzed retrospectively. Results:In 570 cases,456 cases had fever,535 cases had cough,39 cases had chest pain,36 cases had various types of skin rashes,Mycoplasma antibody of 377 cases were positive,35 cases infected pneumoniae streptococcus,32 cases infected pneumoniae Klebsiella,32 cases infected Hemolytic streptococcus,119 cases mergered of other viral infection,216 cases had pulmonary complications, the injury of circulatory system and digestive system were major in the extra-pulmonary complications. After systematic treatment,162 cases were cured,394 cases got better,14 cases died. Conclusion:In recent years, lobar pneumonia that caused by pneumoniae streptococcus is decreasing gradually, but that caused by mycoplasma, viral and other bacterial is increasing. To the infants of lobar pneumonia whose temperature is continually high, cough for a long time and auscultation of lungs is nottypical, mycoplasma antibody detection should be strengthened,if necessary,we can use macrolide drugs early. To the heavier children of lobar pneumonia, antibiotics should be sufficient, full course of treatment, and joint application.
