Abstract
With the district government square reconstruction planning as an example,this article carries on exploration on ancient city wall conservation planning in Ming and Qing dynasties in Suqian city.Through timely adjustment and planning,it combines ancient city wall in Ming and Qing dynasties with underground air defense of district government square.Thus,it achieves the aim of not only meeting using requirement but also conserving historical heritages.
