A Tentative Analysis of Cultural Globalization and Localization in New Globalization Circumstances

Globalization is a social phenomenon as the product of the development of human society to a certain historic stage.Globalization can be classified into the old and the new.In the new globalization era,culture has its own feature.In the course of cultural globalization,the problem of cultural security has increasingly become the focus of all countries.Cultural security refers to the protection of integrity,independence and continuity of domestic people's values,modes of conduct,and social system by one country through anti-infiltration,anti-invasion and anti-control,as regarding to heterogeneous culture's infiltration,invasion and control.China is confronted with severe cultural security tests because of the blend and collision of western strong culture and Chinese traditional culture.So China needs to take corresponding strategies actively to enhance awareness of cultural security.It is necessary to solve the contradictory problem of how to integrate the national culture and local culture with the heterogeneous culture from the view of the dialectical relationships of multi-existence and the two-way establishment of culture's globalization and localization.With the guide of dialectic ways of thinking,we must establish a correct concept of national culture security;deepen the culture system reform and eliminate system drawbacks which hinder the prosperity and development of culture;radicate the best cultural strategy way of peaceful rise.
