Abstract

At present,judicial independence has become a constitutional and juristical principle of many countries.Judicial independence involves three meanings:the independence of jurisdiction;the independence of courts;and the independence of judges.The independence of judges is the core of the three.Justice should keep relative independence against administration,potence,party and consensus.
