Abstract
Objective:To study the efficiency and t oxicity of vinorelbine plus oxaliplatin chemotherapy in treatment of advanced no n-small-cell lung cancer. Methods:Vinorelbine was administered on days 1 and 8,wi th dose of 25 mg/m 2. Oxaliplatin was given at the dose of 130 mg/m 2 on da y 2. Treatment was repeated every 3 weeks. Results:There are twenty-five patients. A total of 81 c ycles were given, for a median of three per patient (range 2~6). There are 9 partial response, giving an objective response rate of 36%. The median overall survival was 8 months and 1-year survival rate was 20%. The major toxicities were myelosuppression,nausea/vomiting,phlebitis.Conclusion:The vinorelbine-oxaliplatin doublet regimen i s a safe and active combined chemotherapy.
