Abstract

Some copper-zinc ore is tested to contain 2.86% Cu,1.30% Zn,29.15% S,1.00 g/t Au and 39.16 g/t Ag.The experimental research indicates, under the condition of-74μm grinding fineness being 80%,the process of roughing by partial mixing-preferential flotation, grinding of mixed rough concentrate, followed by separation flotation of copper and zinc is adopted to obtain copper concentrate with 25.91% Cu and copper recovery of 85.23%,zinc concentrate with 32.14% Zn and zinc recovery of 83.40%,and sulfur concentrate with 50.98% S and sulfur recovery of 82.21%.
