Abstract

Лавренёв БорисАндреевич was a Russian novelist,whose novelette The Fortith excelled in its(depiction) of the heroine Malutcar's mentality and character,which differed from Freud's personality structure theory in approach but equally good and wonderful.The Fortith shares much in common with Freud's theory,which is as follows:the process in which Malutcar's personality was perfected embodies the conflict among id,ego,and super-ego.
