Abstract

Some psychological problems would appear when university students apply for jobs,which are mainly over-high expectation anxiety and relying psychology,self-abasement.Those psychological problems should be solved by university students themselves.There are some effective ways to help college students solve their psychological problems relating to employment such as adjusting psychology and perfecting personality,improving the psychological ability to undertake pressure,planing for vocation and develop working ability,adjusting ecpectation to employment,and so on.
