Abstract
The modeling and the stability of NCS with time-delay and data packet dropout are studyed.Based on the fixed rate of the data packet dropout and the time-delay less than one sampling period, the NCS is modeled as an asynchonous dynamic system with rate constraints on events. The design of dynamic output feedback controller to make the system exponential stability is given and the partly largest value of the decay rate using genetic algorithm is obtained. The Matlab simulation shows the proposed method is valid.
