Abstract
[Objective] To provide a reference for nasopharyngeal carcinoma diagnosed with microelements, for further lay the foundation for the intelligent machines analysis, but also provide a reference for readers. [Methods] Coordinated and preliminarily analyzed the detection methods and results of large number of microelements in hair of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients from the Chemistry Department of Luzhou Medical College and Cancer Branch of First Affiliated Hospital’s cooperation projects. [Results] Nasopharyngeal male patients’ nickel and female patients’ manganese, iron, cadmium, nickel were rather different compared with healthy people’s, especially manganese was 2.4 times of the health people. [Conclusion] The microelements can be used for auxiliary reference of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients’ diagnosis.
