Abstract

Any Country including America views itself and the outside world in terms of nationalism which is the highest guiding thought.Moreover,nationalism has influence on American history.It should be admitted that the Independence Revolution is the result of nationalism,or American people wanted to get rid of British control.From then on,American nationalism has undergone three different phases.This paper will first discuss character of U.S.nationalism and then its formation and development in details and so on.
