Preliminary Study of the Public Art Design

Public art,as a new concept of art,appeared under a new economic forms.This article first explains the concept of public art and the formation and development process,and then discusses the design principle of public art,objectives and forms of innovation.Finally concludes that real good public art is bound to feature artistic value and cultural meaning ,be consistent with the public will and the art which people need.
