On the Facticity of Evidence and the Judgment Method

Facticity is one of the necessary properties of evidence.To make sure that the evidence deciding on a verdict is reflecting the articles,data,testimony or notes,conclusions and etc truthfully,the facticity of the evidence must be checked first.The system of how to judge the facticity and protect the objectivity of evidence is not perfect in our country.Some rules should be established in how to judge the facticity of evidence and the rules should work logically.
