The clinical observation of desogestrel and ethinylestradiol tablet in adolescent of dysfunctional uterine bleeding

Objective To observe the clinical effect of desogestrel and ethinylestradiol tablet(marvelon) in adolescent of dysfunctional uterine bleeding.Methods 58 cases patients with adolescent of dysfunctional uterine bleeding were randomly divided into study group(28 cases) and control group(30 cases).Study group were treated with marvelon and control group were treated with estrogen.Compared time of blood control,stop bleeding,hospital stays and incidence of adverse reaction.Results The time of control the bleeding,stop bleeding,hospitalization of study group were significantly shorter than those of control group(P0.05);Incidence of adverse reaction of study group(21.4%) was lower than that of control group(83.3%),the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion Marvelon in adolescent of dysfunctional uterine bleeding has good effect,less adverse reaction.
