Abstract
The fermentation conditions of xylanase by Bacillus sp. B50 are optimized in the study through the single factor and the orthogonal experiment. So the best conditions are: carbon source: 5% bran, nitrogen source: 1% (NH4)2HPO4, yeast 0.2%, NaCl 0.6%, K2HPO4 0.2%, CaCl2 0.01%, FeSO4 0.01%, MgSO4 0.01%, start pH7.0, the inoculation content 5%, 20mL in 100mL triangular flask, the best temperature is 25℃ and the time is 60h. So the xylanase activity can reach about 15362.6U/mL.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
