Comparative Study on Junior Soccer Training System in China,Japan and Korea

This paper makes a comparison on junior soccer training system in China,Japan and Korea by using the method of literature review and expert interview.The result shows that Ja- pan has made a longer-term soccer goal for the soccer development.Japan and Korea attach great importance to the soccer development in schools while China depends too much on the talented players in clubs and soccer schools.The training cost in China is much higher than that of Japan and Korea.There are less high-level junior soccer coaches in China.The theoreti- cal study is not profound enough and lack of the advanced and scientific ideas and training methods.Japan and Korea pay much attention to the culture and knowledge learning while soc- cer training in China is set opposed to the knowledge learning.Therefore,under such circum- stance,the author learns from the two countries and puts forward the specific measures to im- prove junior soccer training in China.Firstly,the soccer management department should coop- erate with the education sector,social enterprises and families.Secondly,education should be paid much attention to in order to set the idea of playing for perfecting.Thirdly,the coach level should be improved to insure the scientific training and guidance.Finally,make full use of the advantage of the China's population to popularize the soccer in the whole country so as to real- ize the sustainable development of China's soccer.
