The clinical observation on the air disinfection effect of dynamic sterilizer in operation room

Objective:To explore the air disinfection effect and safety of dynamic sterilizer in operation room,and reduce the risk of surgical infection.Methods:Two operation rooms with same volume and almost same conditions were divided randomly into observation group and control group,the observation group receiving air disinfection with dynamic sterilizer,the control group receiving disinfection with ultraviolet ray,the samples were respectively taken 30 minutes,before the operation and 30minutes、60minutes、90minutes and 120min utes after the beginning of the operation,the air disinfection effect was observed and compared in two groups.Results:The common standard of bacterium content ≤200 cfu/m3 was respectively reached in 30min、before operation and 1200min utes after the beginning of operation in observation group,but the standard of bacterium content ≤200 cfu/m3 can not be reached beyond 60min utes,the amount of total colony continuously increased in control group.There was a significant difference between the two group(P0.01).Conclusion:Disinfection effect of dynamic sterilizer is better than the ultraviolet,and convenient、quick、safe,hence is worthy of being recommended in clinical practice.
