Abstract
By analyzing the present exploitation and utilization situation of water resource of Batou city,the existing problems of water resource exploitation and utilization in this distinct are pointed out.With the present stage development level,in order to enlarge the water resource environment of capacity of the city,improve the water resource bearing capacity and to promote the city sustainable development,the basic countermeasures of water resource sustainable exploitation and utilization in this distinct are discueesd.
