Abstract

Objective:To provide the basis for studying the grade standard of medicinal slices of Radix Astragali.Methods:The content of calycosin glucoside in 52 batches of Radix Astragali of various grades and different sources was determined by HPLC.The analysis was performed on an Agilent C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)column.The mobile phase is methanol-0.2% formic acid aqueous solution by gradient elution,at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was 260 nm and the column temperature was 30 ℃.Results:The contents of calycosin glucosides in the 52 batches of the samples had no positive correlation with the size and grade of the samples.Conclusion:Scientific basis for drawing up quality standard of medicinal slices of Radix Astragali at different grades is provided,taking the content determination of calycosin glucoside as one of the quality indexes.
